Chocolate covered fall bites with @simplysammifood 🍁
In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax and 1 tbsp water) and 1/4 cup almond milk.
When you get a very thick cookie dough texture, add 1 small chopped apple, 1/3 cup raisins, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp baking powder, 3/4 more cups of almond milk and continue to mix until you get a cake texture.
Line a loaf or brownie pan with oil and pour in the batter.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool in the fridge.
Melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips in the microwave and cut your cake into small triangles.
Dip the cake in the chocolate, let it harden and enjoy!
