Homemade bagels with @eatsbytse


Ingredients:

•1 cup ap flour •2 tsp baking powder •1/2 tsp salt •1 cup plain greek yogurt •1 egg


Directions:

*preheat oven to 375°F 1. whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt 2. stir in greek yogurt (i used @tuulikitchen wooden spoon) 3. flour a clean surface, and kneed dough until dough doesn’t stick to your hand when you pull away (add more flour if needed) 4. divide into 4 pieces, roll each piece into a log shape, and form a circle 5. brush on the egg wash, and sprinkle on toppings of your choice - i used @traderjoes etbtb seasoning 6. bake for 20-25 minutes
