For our first blog post we wanted to share something special and delicous with you, so we connected with one of our favorite food blogs @anna.culina.

Here is how you can prepare delicious Snickers popsicles at home following Anna's recipe:

Ingredients for 6 popsicles:

  • 280 g cashew yoghurt (or plantbased yogurt of your choice)

  • 100 g soft peanut butter, crunchy

  • 60 ml maple syrup

  • 120 ml water

  • ⅛ tsp salt

Chocolate coating:

  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 handful of salted peanuts, roughly chopped


1. Mix cashew yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, water and salt until smooth. 2. Equally divide the mixture between the popsicle molds, insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight. 3. For the chocolate coating mix all ingredient (except peanuts) until smooth. 4. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip into the chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts and return back to the freezer once the chocolate coating has hardened.
